Horizon Study Abroad Service ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

• Details you share with us in person, by email, phone or WhatsApp, such as your name, mobile number, academic background and study preferences.
• Basic, anonymous website usage data from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to keep the site secure and fast.

Our website forms do not store your data on our servers. Submitting the enquiry form opens your email app (or WhatsApp) with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it. The office map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide counselling.
• To prepare and submit applications to universities, lenders or visa authorities, only with your consent.

Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with universities, lenders, test providers or authorities when needed for your application, and only with your consent.
